These Terms and Conditions constitute the performance of the obligation arising from Art. 8(1)(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and rules of using the Firm's website (the "Website").

I. Scope of services

  • The services provided within the Website consist of: making the Website content available to Users, including information about the Firm and the scope of its services, information on the Firm's current activities, as well as articles and publications on legal issues; enabling Website Users to send a text message to the Firm via the contact form.
  • Using the contact form requires the User to provide the necessary data, i.e. their first name and telephone number.
  • The Firm's use of data provided by the User for the purposes of the contact form is consistent with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

II. Rules of using the Website

  • Use of the Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Use of the Website by Users is voluntary and free of charge.
  • Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and consent to the Website's use of cookies.
  • The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the law and good practice.
  • Users are in particular prohibited from: providing false or misleading information when using the Website's functionalities, in particular the contact form; providing unlawful content, including defamatory content or content infringing the personal rights of the Firm, its associates or third parties; any interference with the operation of the Website and its code, using or posting viruses and other malicious software, as well as unauthorised extensions, redirects and any instruments that could negatively affect the functioning of the Website or the equipment and software used by the Firm or other Users.
