These Terms and Conditions constitute the performance of the obligation arising from Art. 8(1)(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and rules of using the Firm's website (the "Website").

- The services provided within the Website consist of: making the Website content available to Users, including information about the Firm and the scope of its services, information on the Firm's current activities, as well as articles and publications on legal issues; enabling Website Users to send a text message to the Firm via the contact form.
- Using the contact form requires the User to provide the necessary data, i.e. their first name and telephone number.
- The Firm's use of data provided by the User for the purposes of the contact form is consistent with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
